Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing a reason.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

 

• The item must be unopened and unused

• It must be in its original packaging

• It must be in the same condition as received

 

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products with broken seals

• Items returned after 14 days

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

The refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 5–10 business days

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Return Shipping

 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs
